Parking
Located just off of Buffalo Shoals Road, we have a medium sized parking lot surrounding our church with overflow parking, so finding a spot to park is easy. Feel free to arrive early, use the restroom, or meet some of our members before the service starts.
Early Bird Worship Service
Moore’s Chapel offers two worship services. The first one is our early Hour of Power Worship Service from 8:30am - 9:30am. We cordially invite church family, visitors and members of the community to join us.
Sunday School
Our Sunday School begins @ 9:00am. Worshipers are encouraged to begin their Sunday experience at Sunday School which leads into our 10:00am worship service. Early Bird worshipers are welcome to stay for Sunday School.
Youth
Our Goal here at Moore’s Chapel is to not only encourage and motivate the youth in our church family, but also the youth in the community. We host events like our annual Fall Festival for youth gatherings and entertainment in a safe environment. Our youth leaders and parents work in partnership to help our youth with Outreach Projects such as donating kindness bags to homeless communities, buying gifts for our first responders and emergency departments (fire fighters, police and hospital workers) to show our appreciation for their bravery and dedication.
Praise & Worship
At Moore’s Chapel, we have dynamic Praise & Worship. Services begin with our Praise Team who leads the congregation in song. In addition to our Praise Team, Moore’s Chapel’s Music Ministry also consist of a 3 member band, along with 3 choirs. The Mass Choir ministers on the 1st & 3rd Sundays; our Men’s Choir ministers on the 2nd & 5th Sundays; and the Youth Choir ministers on the 4th Sunday. Praise & Worship serves to usher in the Spirit, set the atmosphere and prepare us for the Word of God.
Community
Reaching out and being a Light in our Community is a major goal at Moore’s Chapel. Our desire is to reach lost souls. Moore’s Chapel’s Church Motto, “No Souls Left Behind,” is our sincere belief, and it is echoed throughout our church family. During our Family & Friends Weekend, which is an Annual Outreach event hosted in the month of September, we invite the community and neighbors to come out on that Saturday to fellowship with us. We provide games for children and adults, we give away gifts and prizes, and we serve an overflow of food. Everything shared on that day is at NO COST. On that Sunday, All are welcome to join our Worship Service. At Moore’s Chapel, we strive to fill needs in the community, and we try to help people. Assisting families with Back to School supplies is another annual project. We provide supplies for students in every grade level. It is also another opportunity for food and fellowship.
